Tuner for Classical Musicians (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), operated by Code by Min, values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

1. Data Collection

The Service collects the following information to provide tuning functionality and for advertising statistics:

• Audio Data (Microphone Access): The Service accesses your device's microphone to analyze sound frequencies for pitch detection.
• Unique Device Identifier (UUID): Used to identify the device for service usage tracking and ad performance measurement.
• Technical Logs: App error logs and service usage records (timestamps, feature usage).

Location Information — Not Collected

To protect your privacy, the Service does not collect your location on the website or through routine use of the tuner and metronome. We do not collect GPS coordinates, latitude, longitude, or other device location data automatically.

For privacy, we will not collect latitude or longitude in the background. If a special feature such as Matching requires location-related information in the future, you will choose and enter that information yourself only when you decide to use that feature. Location will never be gathered without your explicit action and consent for that specific feature.

2. Purpose of Data Usage

The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Musical Tuning: To provide accurate real-time frequency analysis.
• Advertising Statistics: Analyzing ad impressions and clicks to generate reports for advertisers.
• Service Management: Improving app performance, bug fixes, and preventing unauthorized or fraudulent use.

3. Data Storage and Protection

• Microphone Data Privacy: The Service does not record, store, or transmit your audio data. All audio processing is performed locally and in real-time on your mobile device. Once the frequency analysis is complete, the audio data is immediately discarded from the device's volatile memory.
• User Settings: Personal settings, such as instrument tuning values and preferences, are not stored on our servers. These are stored locally on your mobile device.
• No Automatic Location Collection: We do not store or share your latitude, longitude, or other location data as part of normal service use. Any location you provide for optional features (for example, Matching) is supplied by you and only when you use that feature.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

The Service does not provide your personal information to third parties. However, we utilize essential infrastructure services (such as cloud storage for technical logs) for operations, ensuring that data security remains our top priority.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Audio data is processed in real-time and never retained. Other data is promptly destroyed once the purpose of collection is achieved or upon termination of the service. De-identified statistical data may be retained for a certain period for service analysis and advertiser reporting.

Account Deletion (Mobile App Users and Advertisers)

Mobile app user accounts (member accounts) may be deleted on this website (see Delete my account) or from within the app. Advertiser accounts may be deleted from the Advertiser Portal under My Profile after signing in. Account deletion cannot be undone. Once you delete your account, you will not be able to recover it or the data associated with it.

• Where payment or contract-related data exists: Your account and related data are kept in an inactive state for 5 years (e.g. for legal, tax, or contractual obligations), after which they are permanently deleted.
• Where no payment or contract-related data exists: Your account and related data are kept in an inactive state for 1 month, after which they are permanently deleted.
